Beard Grooming Accessories
Our range of beard grooming accessories are designed to enhance your daily beard care routine, offering a variety of brushes and combs to improve both the hair texture and the appearance of your most valuable facial asset.
Beard Brush vs Comb
Grooming your beard is good for it, helping to naturally condition the hair by stimulating blood flow to the follicles. So should you use a brush or a comb? The answer is that different styles of beards need different utensils, and most importantly, the accessories you use must be comfortable for you and your beard, and neither should pull out the hairs that are firmly fixed to your chin! You may find a combination of both a brush and a comb suit your beard more perfectly than just one item alone.
Brushes can be used on any beard, although new beards with less than 3-5 months’ growth will undoubtedly benefit from the natural boar bristle massage, exfoliating the skin and stimulating blood circulation as you groom, helping to create the luscious mane you crave. Also great for thicker beards that need a little more taming than a comb alone can provide, and combined with our beard balm, will leave your luxuriant locks soft and stylish.
Wooden beard combs are best for thinner beards, as well as longer length styles that need taming. They are great for untangling unruly hair without leaving a nasty frizz, and used with our beard oils will spread the product consistently, stimulating those all-important follicles.
Beard Combs vs Regular Combs
Natural wooden combs with wide-set teeth gently massage without causing a build-up of static, keeping your beard healthy, hydrated and soft. Plastic combs will not, ultimately, leave your beard in good condition and should be avoided - unless you are looking for a dry, frizzing mess with split ends. Hey, if that fits your idea of a great beard, go plastic all the way!
Whatever the style of your beard, however short or long, whether your facial hair is a new venture or as old as the hills, we have the right gear for you. Browse our accessories, oils and balms to choose the very best quality products to provide the utmost care of this vital part of your character.
